GMA Network has released on New Year’s Eve the first teaser of the live-action Voltes V: Legacy, which is an adaptation of the original series.
The teaser provided a look into the familiar base – Camp Big Falcon and the figure of the Boazanian prince Zardos.
The video also provided a glimpse of what the robot would look like as it gets ready for combat.

Even with the teaser released, the release date and other information about it have not been made available.
Voltes V: Legacy is based on the Chōdenji Machine Voltes V series, a Japanese anime that aired in parts of the world in the 70s. The show gained success in the Philippines and has been aired several times both in English and Filipino.
