My News Feed today was full of political issues and dramas in our country. But, when I came across this news about a young Filipina girl representing in Israel, my mood changed drastically. I felt proud and honored.
She is Ezra Liz Joy Ng. As stated in the news, she got the most number of votes, which sealed her position in the semi-finals.
A 17-year old Filipina, who happens to be the youngest contestant in the said competition, as described by Manila Times. According to the news, the young singer has already performed in front of fellow Filipinos in Israel and did several embassy activities.
Furthermore, last February 14, Joy, as they fondly call her, already paid a courtesy call on Philippine Ambassador to Israel Neal Imperial at the Philippine Embassy in Tel Aviv.
