Popular anime “Cells At Work” is coming out with its first movie, and the trailer is finally here!
For those who haven’t heard of this much-beloved anime, it follows the story of the different cells in the body and their individual roles in keeping their host body healthy. It’s mostly centered around a rookie Red Blood Cell (AE3803) and a fearless White Blood Cell (U-1146) who, most often than not, find themselves in the middle of combat against germs and illnesses–such as the common cold, heatstroke, and allergies.
The anime was released in 2018 and has since become popular among anime fans due to its lovable characters, its fun presentation of scientific information, and overall ridiculousness.
It’s already set to have a second season premiering in January 2021 and, before that, a full-length feature film, which will reintroduce a familiar and deadly foe–the Cancer Cell.
