Ethel Booba recently posted a vlog of a one-on-one interview with Bea Alonzo, where they talked about… babies.
During the interview, Bea asked Ethel if she could get her as a surrogate mother if given the chance. Ethel answered, laughing, “Pwede naman. Magkano ba?” [Rough translation: “Sure. How much will you pay me, though?”] Bea then shared some of the tidbits she knew about surrogacy, including that it is actually illegal in the Philippines.
In the vlog, Bea points out that Ethel is lucky to have a baby to keep herself busy with, upon which Ethel quips that Bea should have kids, too. “Kaya nga eh,” Bea replied, admitting that she is envious of Anne but has accepted that she’ll be the last one to have babies.
When asked when Bea plans on having babies and settling down, she responded, “If it were up to me, gusto ko in three years.” The actress will be 36 years old by then. Bea says that she accepts that we never know what life will throw at us, joking, “Baka may donor na lang para kahit wala nang lalaki“. [Rough translation: “Maybe I can find a donor instead so I don’t need a guy in my life.”]
With the cutest expression on her face, Bea admits that she really wants to have a baby. “So yun yung sinasabi ko sa universe baka sakaling mabigyan ako.” [Rough translation: “That’s what I tell the universe in case it decides to give me one.”] “Matinong lalaki lang din,” Ethel adds. [Rough translation: “A decent guy, too!”] Bea emphatically agrees, saying “Oo, hindi masakit sa ulo!” [Rough translation: “Yes, please! Someone who isn’t a headache.”] “Ayoko na. Pagod na pagod na ako.” We feel her. :p Bea also adds that she would prefer not to date a celebrity next time around because of how hard it is. Since she has mostly dated celebrity, the actress says a non-celebrity might be a nice change.
