The 2015 Miss Universe made history for crowning Pia Wurtzbach, the third Filipina Miss Universe since Gloria Diaz in 1969 and Margie Moran in 1973. More importantly, it’s the stuff of legend because of the gaffe host Steve Harvey did by wrongly awarding the crown to Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutiérrez and announcing Wurtzbach as first runner-up.

And in a country as obsessed with pageants as the Philippines, you can expect us to talk about this for days, even weeks.

O Bar, a bar in Ortigas known for their cabaret shows, have recreated the epic crowning of the Miss Universe. The video going viral, shared by Benedict Togonon Tan, starts with two performers as Gutiérrez and Wurtzbach waiting for Harvey’s announcement. Like the pageant, the Harvey impersonator announces Gutiérrez as the winner and Wurtzbach joins second runner-up Miss USA Olivia Jordan to the side. Take note that the performers are wearing similar gowns to the one worn by the girls in the pageant.

When Harvey announces the mix-up, “Justin Bieber” enters the stage to lipsync “Sorry” complete with backup dancers. This is followed by Gutiérrez lipsyncing Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?” When Harvey says that Wurtzbach is the real winner, she walks forwards and starts lipsyncing to Adele’s “Hello”. It’s all very hilarious.

Let’s not forget Miss Bulgaria Radost Todorova, the pambansang bestie, who encouraged Wurtzbach to walk to the front of the stage and take the crown. She also appears in this recreation.
