The new promotional video (PV) for Attack on Titan: The Final Season has been released. It revealed that the show has a new staff, including the new animation studio MAPPA (In This Corner of the World, Yuri!!! on Ice).
Yuichiro Hayashi (Dorohedoro, Kakegurui) will be the director of the anime.

Meanwhile, the manga still has a few chapters to go.
Manga creator Hajime Isayama previewed the rough layout draft for the final panel of the manga series in November 2018. He confirmed back then that he aims to end the manga this year.
A compilation film bearing the title Shingeki no Kyojin: Chronicle will drop in Japan for a limited theatrical release starting on July 17. This will summarize the 59 episodes of the first three seasons. This is a good refresher especially for those who have seen the first three seasons for a long time before the last one is released.
