Fellow foodies, rejoice!

If you’re someone who loves and craves for the diverse flavors of the world, but don’t necessarily have the cash to splurge on that round-trip ticket to Spain, then I’ve got good news for you!

The Makati favorite Cartel Deli is now back with an even bigger and cozier space, a wider selection of comforting Spanish dishes, and even a neighborhood bar!

The beautiful and homey interiors of Cartel can even be seen from the outside as you’er about to enter

Known as Salcedo’s classic go-to deli, coffee, and sandwich spot since 2016, Cartel makes a grand comeback with a huge 180sq.m branch in Legazpi Village—one of the trendiest areas for anyone who’s looking for that new “kick” for their palate.

Here, Cartel still serves their signature tapas, grilled steaks, and thinnest house paellas (as all paella should be, of course), but made even better with a modern twist.

When you dine in Cartel, you can best bet that you’re not only getting quality and authentic food, but also an experience of Spain with their “Little Mercado.”

Little Mercado is known as one of the hottest food hubs that offer a diverse selection of dishes from all parts of the world. But since Cartel’s here, there’s definitely no need for you to whip out your passport to get a taste of it all.

Some of the dishes worth checking out are the grilled tuna belly, fire-grilled octopus, Sobrassada spring rolls, and one-of-a-kind Manchego cheesecake.

“We want to deliver a fun, ever-evolving and uniquely ‘Cartel’ dining experience by bringing a little bit of Spain to the metro,” said Spanish-born Head Chef Amado Garcia-Fernandez.
