Wanderband 2015: Be Part of the Wanderland Music and Arts Festival 2015

It’s time to conquer the crowd with your music! The world of music fancy is opening its doors once again for the next promising act to wow the revelers at the Wanderland Music and Arts Festival as Karpos Multimedia brings you Wanderband 2015.

Now on its second year, Wanderband calls out amateur indie bands for the gig of a lifetime as a battle of the bands competition that aims to usher in a new breed of young Filipino musicians. Starting October 1, entries may be submitted to the Karpos Multimedia office at 19 F. Ocampo Avenue, Manuela IV, LasPiñas City. Each entry must include a DVD copy of the band’s video performance of one cover song and one original song. Bands who don’t have a contract with any record label and with members who are at least 13 years of age are welcome to join. Submission period ends on November 30.

Out of all the initial submissions, ten bands will be shortlisted and will further be screened through online voting. Five bands will move on to the next round to compete live in an open venue, where the emerging winner will be crowned the Wanderband, take home the cash prize and will get the chance to be part of the Wanderland Music and Arts Festival 2015 Line-up.

This is an opportunity to share music with others, to showcase music that’s out of the box and to deliver a performance that can excite and intrigue a music loving crowd.
