V&M Naturals: The answer to all your organic skin-care needs & a giveaway!

When In Manila, our skin is usually exposed to harsh elements. Smog, dirt, heat, and even the blazing sun do no good for our sensitive skin.

 

In my search for products that will take care of my beauty needs, I was introduced to all-natural products. Beauty experts and beauty bloggers had sworn on the benefits of using these chemical free products. I decided to give them a chance.

 

One problem, however, is that in the Philippines, it becomes hard to search for these elusive products as most stores don’t carry them.

One such shop I came a cross that catered to the all-natural demand would be Venus and Mars Botanicals, or V&M Naturals. From soaps, to lipbalms, to deodorants, they have the answer to all your organic needs. Here are just a few of their products I got to sample:

Bare It All Cream

 

With ingredients like Emu Oil (which is “the ONLY natural oil that is closest to the human oil components”), Shea butter, Jojoba Oil, and Mango Butter (which we all know are great for the skin), and Papain (extracted from Papaya which not only moisturizes but also whitens), this cream can help you have the smoothest, most moisturised skin even in problem areas like knees and elbows, under arms, and even heels and callouses.

 

 

The Bare It All Cream is very thick, most certainly a great indication of its moisturising powers. It does not only feel good on my skin, it smells great too– a fruity mango tinge with a hint of peppermint.

 

 

Smooch Lip Detox: Lip Butter Balm with SPF 15

 

 

V&M Naturals’ Smooch Lip Detox is a definite favorite. My lips are very sensitive to weather, the heat, moisture (or anything really) and I find it a necessity to moisturise, lest I end up with dry, swollen lips. Because of this, I’ve tried a great number of lip glosses and balms, and some just do not cut it for me. V&M’s lip butter balm, however, does the job and does it well. Some of its all natural ingredients include Beeswax, Avocado Oil, Emu Oil, and Sunflower oil. This lip balm also contain Peppermint which feels so nice when applied.

 

 

On Coal purifying Beauty Bar

 

 

 The  star ingredient of this cleverly named beauty bar is coal which detoxifies and cleanses  your skin. Along with Emu oil, Coconut oil, and Sunflower oil, this will not only leave your skin clean and fresh, but also moisturised.

 

 

Jagermeister Pore Suit

 

 

What is the second best thing  to do with Jagermeister (yes, to drink would be the first)? Apparently, to use it on your skin! Jagermeister is basically made out of herbs and all that, which is very good for your skin. This beauty bar cleans and minimises pores and exfoliates the skin while preventing fine lines and wrinkles.

 

 Without a doubt, these products are more gentle on our skin, having no chemical components, and they can be very effective. When In Manila, its great go all natural because of products from V&M Naturals.
