Hear, hear Spice Girls fans out there!
Apparently, Mel B. aka Scary Spice, dropped hints of a possible reunion happening with the Spice Girls in 2016.
In an interview on Alan Carr’s New Year’s Eve special as reported on Express UK, Scary Spice said, “To be serious, it is our 20th anniversary this year and it would be rude not to celebrate, so hopefully something will be happening pretty soon.”
There have been rumors of their reunion going around for some time now but Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton, Geri Horner (nee Halliwell) and Victoria Beckham have not divulged any details prior to this.
The Spice Girls reunited previously during the London Olympics in 2012.
The iconic UK girlband made waves beginning in 1996 in the boyband-dominated music scene.
The rumored reunion is possibly to celebrate that feat.
