She said that her phone was snatched at a certain gas station along EDSA. Her phone was stolen while she was using it inside her car with her windows open.

After her phone was snatched, the actress said that she saw a bystander who claimed to know what happened. The police arrived soon after. Lieutenant Alvin Bagay assisted her and took her to a precinct to file a report.
Morales thanked those who helped her and told her followers to take care and be cautious.
