EDSA’s orange barriers are at it again.
Another video of orange barriers suddenly moving and blocking EDSA traffic have made its way to social media, and netizens are no longer surprised.
The orange barriers placed along EDSA — one of Metro Manila’s busiest thoroughfares –– have been notorious for disrupting traffic after numerous road inconveniences have occurred involving these barriers.
