Of course, no party is ever complete without food! In fact, this is usually the best part of every party! Fortunately, Victoria Court offered us a variety of party food packages before the birthday night so choosing gets a lot tougher. Since most of my friends are voracious eaters and love to pair their drinks with great food, I chose their “Pinoy Twist” and their dishes were, without a doubt, winners to my friends and to our tummies!

Pritson Chicken – one of the best-tasting chicken I’ve tasted so far! This goes on my list because of its crunchiness and juiciness! Don’t forget to add that mouth-salivating gravy on the side; it pairs perfectly with the chicken – I swear!
Spabok – spaghetti + palabok! A common staple to any party table combined into one, makes it an instant hit with the barkada!
Crispy Kare-Kare – I love kare-kare cooked the traditional way but this one is an exception! It comes with a crunchy twist then add that creamy goodness of the peanut sauce, aaah just perfect. Add bagoong for that awesome sweet-salty taste!
Pinakbet with Lechon – the bomb!! I can’t stop eating this! The best pinakbet I have tasted and mind you, I’m no fan of veggies! If I have to eat vegetables, this pinakbet should make it in my plate!
No dining will ever be complete without dessert. Included in the package is their ‘Barako Flan’. Of course, you get the hint.

So, what else can you do during the party night? If you ask me, aside from the belt-hitting karaoke songs one after the other and that food scarfing around the dining table, you could just chat the night away or laugh as hard as you can because the place is all yours. And what’s even better? An awesome, rowdy pillow fight!!! Oh yeah, who says kids can only have the fun on parties?
And here’s a parting shot for you! The whole crew and the birthday girl herself, thankful as ever for throwing her a bash she’ll never forget!
