4H5 – Versa Productions is proud to bring BAKEOLOGY: Kneading Trends, Proofing Opportunities to the 2nd floor of Grand Ballroom of Buenaventura Garcia Paredes O.P. Building of University of Santo Tomas on November 12, 2018 from 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
This event will focus on the trends and opportunities present in the baking and confectionery industry today. Notable speakers such as the President of Artisan Baking Institute and the Executive Director of the Philippine Association of Flour Millers will be giving a seminar to our delegates. “BAKEOLOGY: Kneading Trends, Proofing Opportunities” will be the first-ever event of UST’s College of Tourism and Hospitality Industry, which will feature a live demonstration from a well-known Cake Artist from Manila Marriott Hotel and a Culinary & Baking Instructor at Lyceum of the Philippine University Culinary Institute.
This event is open to the public! All delegates are expected to come in their corporate attires.
