After reports of Robert Pattinson potentially playing Batman, another rumor has circulated that Vanessa Hudgens might be playing Catwoman. The billionaire/lover role of Catwoman or Selina Kyle is for the 2021Â Matt Reeves movie where Batman is allegedly set to face a number of villains, including The Penguin, The Riddler, and Bane.
In the end credits of ‘Justice League’, Joe Manganiello was shown as Deathstroke, also linking him to the next Batman movie.
Many have also speculated that Killer Croc (played by Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) might be in the movie.
Catwoman has appeared in several movies in the past. She was played by Michelle Pfeiffer in the 1992 Tim Burton movie ‘Batman Returns’, where Bruce Wayne was played by Michael Keaton. Halle Berry starred as Catwoman in the ‘Catwoman’ movie back in 2004, as well. She was then followed by Camren Bicondova and Lili Simmons in the Fox TV series ‘Gotham’.
The cast for ‘The Batman’ is yet to be announced, but the movie is scheduled to hit theaters in June 2021.
