The League of Youth Activation Summit Convenors (YASC) brings you this year’s Youth Activation Summit, an annual convention aiming to develop the entrepreneurial and business core skills of young entrepreneur enthusiasts focusing on creativity, message development, corporate responsibility & sustainability, and employer branding.
With the theme: “Innovate or Die: Building Relevant Strategies to Connect in a Dynamic Economy”, YAS 2019 believes that through the exposure of marketing realities of surrounding start-ups, and by creating a space for evaluation among professionals and its peers, the youth will be guided in building their own understanding of the key factors driving the Philippine’s dynamic economy. In turn, it will allow the youth to pursue and sustain their own entrepreneurial initiatives with social relevance.
This one-day event, comprising of plenary discussions, various keynote sessions, simultaneous workshop sessions, and a pitch competition, is expecting 180 participants open to all senior high school and college student entrepreneurs around CALABARZON and NCR. It is an activity for the UPLB students to be involved in understanding the living situations of the surrounding communities.
The summit will be held on October 12, 2019 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Rural Economic Development – Renewable Energy Center (REDREC) Auditorium, Jose M. Capinpin, Los Baños. Laguna.
