UP UP and Away: The UPCSA Freshie Tour Experience

INVITING ALL INCOMING FRESHMEN AT THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES, DILIMAN. All aboard and get ready to cast off as the University’s premier Chinese-Filipino organization, UP Chinese Student Association (UPCSA) kicks off its first event of the semester with a day of fun, food, and friendship.

Taking place on the 21st of July, 2018, from 9:30 to 4:00 PM, UP UP and Away aims to tour incoming freshmen around the campus, showing them notable landmarks and popular food stops along the way. Freebies, snacks, and transportation will be provided, as well as essential tips and tricks from our savvy upperclassmen.

About UPCSA

         

Founded on June 1963 in the University of the Philippines, Diliman by students who wished to form a community of individuals who take great pride in Chinese culture, UPCSA has since evolved into an organization that is not only cultural but socio-civic and academic in nature as well. It has since given a home to numerous students of different backgrounds, giving them avenues to grow and to form lasting bonds.

At present, the organization boasts of upwards of a hundred active members as well as several hundred alumni. Looking forward, UPCSA aims to continue its objective of furthering Chinese-Filipino understanding through promoting and enriching its culture.
