Animal Rescue PH, an independent volunteer and indigent animal rescuer from Manila, posted on their Facebook Page last Tuesday (November 26, 2019) regarding these cats that were found on the side of a high-rise building in Makati with the caption, “RIP FOR THE 2 CATS IN MAKATI.”
Along with the post is a screenshot of the message that was sent to the Page stating that two cats already fell off and they had a hard time rescuing them as they were located at the inaccessible of the building. Unfortunately, the management of the building allegedly refused to let them use the building’s resources.
Another attached photo in the same post is a statement to reassure concerned citizens and animal lovers from Seda Residences Makati which says that “every possible effort was made to help bring back the cats to safer ground.”
We interviewed the admins of the said Facebook Page regarding the post and here’s what they told us:
We also reached out to Seda for additional statements but were told most of their managers are on leave and therefore couldn’t provide any statements from their end.
