A social media post of a very popular tourist attraction in Cebu is getting a lot of negative feedback. In the post, it shows photos of trash all over at Tumalog Falls in Oslob Cebu.Â
The falls are a well known tourist attraction, with many flocking there to get a glimpse of the beautiful natural landscapes. Unfortunately, as seen on the photos, there now seems to be an abundance of garbage around the area.Â
In the social media post, Ka Bino Guerrero says that he was disappointed in seeing all the garbage around the falls. Here’s his full post:Â

I was disappointed upon seeing too much ‪#‎garbage‬ in the vicinity of the falls.
These are empty water bottles, plastic food wrappers, paper plates, plastic cups among others.
I supposed these garbage were left behind by local tourists.
We must start educating people on ‪#‎ResponsibleTourism‬. We must respect our Tourism site by keeping it garbage free, following the mantra of ‪#‎LeaveNoTrace‬.
