Former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV asked a question on Friday through Twitter after President Rodrigo Duterte approved the extension of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in Metro Manila and other high-risk areas in the country such.
“Seriously, where’s [the] detailed plan up to May 15 [and] post-ECQ (mass testing, more efficient welfare funds delivery, economic stimulus, etc)? More importantly, where’s the part where he’s supposed to inspire, allay fears [and] give people hope?” Trillanes wrote.

The ECQ will be extended until May 15, according to the announcement made through a taped presser aired Friday morning.
Aside from ECQ extension, school opening in certain areas will be moved in September due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Additionally, the president raised the reward for the Filipino who could find the vaccine for COVID-19 from P10 million to P50 million.
