On Thursday, Michelin awarded Michelin stars on several restaurants (and even two hawker stalls) in Singapore. Therefore, if you will be traveling to Singapore any time soon, you may want to visit these restaurants and discover what the hype is all about.
Take note though that with stars awarded to these restaurants, expect long queues. It’s best to go to these restaurants super early. When I went to the original Tim Ho Wan in Hong Kong (which has One Michelin Star then), I waited in line for about two hours even if I arrived there when the restaurant just opened. Expect the same when you visit these Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore.
