You Can Travel to This Unique Beach in Batangas for Only 502 Pesos

Monica Borlain Sunga shared a travel experience that she had at Malabrigo Beach in Lobo, Batangas recently. While the original plan was to go to Cagbalete, her “friend” decided to change locations because of how hard it was raining. While looking for a beach nearby, they found a not-so-ordinary beach that doesn’t have white sand, but pebbles. She shares that they got excited because they had never experienced this before.

Here’s the breakdown of their expenses:

157 – LRT Buendia to Batangas Grand Terminal (bus)
10 – Balagtas to Libjo (jeep)
7 – Libjo to SM Batangas (jeep)
55 – SM to Lobo Bayan (jeep)
22 – Bayan to Malabrigo beach (tricycle)

Total = 251 pesos (one-way)

502 pesos = Back and forth

Monica urges people to visit the place because it is perfect for those who want to have peace, since urban life is very busy and stressful. “Also, the locals are very approachable and kind,” she adds. “At the end of the day, we’re not only after the beauty of the place, we want to go to a place that will allow us to express our emotions, and rediscover ourselves.”

So true. Have you been to any unique places before? Share them with us! 🙂
