St. Francis Square Mall has decided to close down its tiangge area, as announced in their official statement dated June 1, 2019.
According to the statement, the mall will be revamping the area, which currently holds nearly 400 stalls, into office spaces.
Anchor stores and tenants, however, will remain unaffected by the shutdown and will continue to serve customers during regular mall hours (10 A.M. to 9 P.M.), Monday to Sunday. These include the following:

- Palawan Pawnshop
- Cut Encarnacion Salon
- Dazo Dental Clinic
- Lotto Outlet
- Skin Central
(Manila Zoo temporarily closed as part of Manila Bay rehab efforts)

As of writing, the tiangge area has now been fully vacated by the tenants.
