This Trailer for the “Deadpool” Sequel Will Get You Excited!

Deadpool 21

Deadpool changed the superhero genre and made it more fun again. And it worked: it became the highest grossing X-Men film and critics praised lead Ryan Reynolds’ performance. That’s why when it was announced that there’s going to be a sequel, everyone got excited. Now there’s a new trailer and we got it for you here!

Watch the trailer of the Deadpool sequel below:

The trailer starts seriously enough. There’s Josh Brolin as Cable, who goes on a monologue about “I was born into war, bred into it.” He is later cut by Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, who mocks the lack of CGI in his metal arm. He even satirizes the CGI done on Henry Cavill’s mustache in Justice League!

There’s no word what the sequel to Deadpool will be about but Reynolds and Brolin will be joined by Zazie Beetz as Domino, and Jack Kesy and Shioli Kutsuna in undisclosed roles. Kesy will be playing a villain, rumored to be Black Tom Cassidy. And if you saw Terry Crews in the trailer, good for you!

The sequel to Deadpool will premiere on May 16, 2018.
