The selfless are rising to show us that surviving means working together as one. These selfless people are none other than the frontliners who work tirelessly to care for the sick. Every day they put their own lives at risk and fight the battle our country is facing.
This August 13, Falafel Yo (www.falafelyo.com) celebrates #FrontlinersFreeFalafel to show gratitude to them for taking care of us. For the entire day, we open our doors to all the frontliners to eat for free at our branches–Uptown Mall, BGC, and SM City North Edsa. Get a free falafel sandwich on us as a small token of our appreciation.
To our frontliners, thank you for your sacrifice. Thank you for putting our lives before your own. Thank you for not giving up. Thank you for fighting for us. No amount of thanks will ever suffice for all that you’ve done for our country. We are here right behind you—cheering you on and praying for your protection.
In light of this, let’s do our part to help them. Stay home as much as possible. Always wear your mask and face shield. Practice social distancing. Let’s be responsible citizens. We’ll only be able to overcome this battle if we help each other.
