The restaurant is, of course, named after the owners’ personal take on Buffalo Wings. It’s a no-brainer to consider it as its flagship dish. A good thing too, because, my god, aren’t they the best! For many who’ve tried it (this writer included), Wings On The Go’s Buffalo Wings ruin any other chicken wings. It becomes a standard. A perfect blend of spicy and sweet, their Buffalo Wings can give much more expensive wings a run for its money. It’s also always made to order, getting to your table (and your takeout box) still hot and steaming. You just know when your food is freshly made, and when it comes to the Buffalo Wings – and the rest of the menu, you know it is.

When you get past the crowd and actually try Wings On The Go’s food, it’s easy to understand why there’s a crowd in the first place. The first time I tried Wings On The Go (it was when they were still home-based), I described the experience as having a close friend who’s really good at cooking lovingly prepare you a hearty meal. It’s like having a dish especially made for you, like it was done for the sole reason that you requested it. I still feel that way everytime I go back to the restaurant.
