It seems that they are riding a Jeepney and it is being steered by Jesus Christ.
In front it shows Redford White & Babalu, who were iconic comedians back in the 70’s-90’s. Many remember them for their team up in various shows and film. Redford White rose to stardom in the hit Iskul Bukol in the 70’s
