One of the most anticipated movies of 2017 is Goodbye Christopher Robin, which tells the story of how author AA Milne created Winnie the Pooh. Its first trailer was released last month and a new one was recently shown, portraying a different scene compared to last month’s offering.

If the first trailer showed the bucolic life of Milne and his family, the second shows a darker scenario. When the author achieves success on his Pooh franchise, the fame puts pressure on his son, C.R. or Christopher Robin.
Following the story of A. A. Milne, the writer and creator of Winnie the Pooh, the film will take us into a behind-the-scenes look at the life of the author and into the creation of the Winnie the Pooh stories, inspired by his son C.R. Milne. We all know “C.R. Milne”, of course. Christopher Robin plays a huge role in Winnie the Pooh’s life as his warm and kind-hearted human friend.
Goodbye Christopher Robin stars Domhnall Gleeson as A.A. Milne, Kelly Macdonald as the nanny, and Margot Robbie as Daphne de Sélincourt, Milne’s wife.
The film will premiere on October 13, 2017.
