Wondering where the 2016 Miss Universe contestants will be during their month-long stay in the Philippines?
The Department of Tourism went into detail about these ladies’ whereabouts as the pageant kicks off.
First off is a welcome party at Conrad Hotel in Pasay City. Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach will be there, as well as 10 other beauty queens. The candidates from Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan,Thailand, New Zealand, Myanmar, China, and USA will be arriving on Friday.
The candidates will also pay a courtesy visit at Malacañang, with President Rodrigo Duterte welcoming the first batch of contestants. The swimwear competition will also take place in Cebu!
Tune in for the Miss Universe coronation night, which will be on Jan. 30, 2017 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
