The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) released information on how much excise tax they have collected from sin products for January to February 2016.
Sin products include alcohol and cigarettes.
The total amount they have collected is a whopping PhP 18.46 billion.

Additionally, BIR had an increase of total collection from sin products in January to February 2016 compared to January to February 2015. They got 37.36% total increase in collection for sin products comparing said time frames.
