We all saw and fell in love with the movie Heneral Luna, the historical biopic that shows the exploits of General Antonio Luna, who led the Philippine Revolutionary Army during the Philippine-American War in 1899. The film catapulted director Jerrold Tarog to mainstream fame, and now he’s back with another film. It’s called Bliss, and it looks really creepy!

The film stars Iza Calzado as an unstable woman living at home. She’s taking medications, but she’s still hearing voices in hear head. In one disturbing scene, Calzado is seen stabbing something repeatedly.
Calzado stars with Ian Veneracion and TJ Trinidad.
Bliss is set to compete at the Osaka Asian Film Festival 2017 in Japan from March 3 to March 12.
Locally, it is slated for a May 2017 theatrical release.
