The Heilen Medical Wellness Center has a treatment called the Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO) technique. The treatment helps clean your blood by filtering and oxidizing your blood in their machine. Basically, your blood goes through that machine that will help in the cleaning process.
In the Heilen Medical Wellness Center, they perform this technique to improve the body’s use of oxygen and activate the immune system. The process lasts for about an hour and can filter around 5 liters of blood.

The EBOO technique helps in destroying pathogens in the body like viruses, bacteria, fungi. The technique also helps in sending oxygen throughout the body and re-oxygenating the body.
WhenInManila.com CEO and Founder Vince Golangco tried out this treatment.
“Pretty much they plug your veins into a machine and clean your blood. I honestly don’t know how effective this is long term, but I did notice that my blood was really thick, dark, and had chunks in it, which they say was cholesterol chunks. Then after my blood got filtered, cleaned, and oxidized in their machine, it was coming back much brighter and more fluid,” he said.
You can see in the photo below that the color of the blood going out and in are different. The one going out is darker and the filtered one is brighter.
He mentioned that he isn’t a big fan of needles but would want to avoid being stuck in a hospital with more needles. Prevention is better than cure so he took this step to take care of his health. “It also wasn’t bad and I barely felt anything,” he noted.
