The Sexy Chef tandem, singer-actress Rachel Alejandro and her sister, Chef Barni Alejandro-Rennebeck will be bringing their signature healthy dishes to Holiday Inn & Suites Makati’s buffet dining, Flavors Restaurant. The dishes ranging from appetizer, salads, mains, and pastries will be offered as part of the restaurant’s lunch and dinner buffet on May 23, 24, 30 and 31, 2015.
 
The Sexy Chef, a pioneer in healthy food delivery service, was established in 2004 after an epiphany came to Rachel in creating a business that would make nutritious meals accessible to the public. What started out as a small family business has now expanded into a successful catering enterprise offering meal delivery, weigh-loss programs, and event catering services. The Alejandro sisters also launched The Sexy Chef cookbook, bringing easy-to-create yet flavorful diet recipes to health-conscious Filipinos.

Drawing recipes from their best-selling cookbook, Chef Barni together with the hotel’s culinary team prepared sumptuous recipes to be made part of Flavors Restaurant’s buffet spread including California Maki Pinwheels, Cauliflower Couscous, Quinoa Shrimp Fried Rice, Baked Salmon with Spinach and Raw Energy Nut Truffles to name a few.
 
Flavors Restaurant serves lunch from 12nn to 3pm Monday to Saturday and from 11:30am to 3:30pm every Sunday while dinner buffet is at 6:30pm to 10:30pm daily. Buffet starts from Php 1,300++ person. Flavors Restaurant is located at 4th floor, Holiday Inn & Suites Makati, Palm Drive, Ayala Center, Makati City.
