Having a beer with business executives while talking about the future of startups and corporations isn’t the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about a networking event–but in Penbrothers, it happens every month!
Every month, Penbrothers hosts the Red Cup Sessions. It’s a free, open-to-all event that breaks the typical format of a forum and a networking event by bringing in things such as free pizza and beer that would make it more casual and relaxed. The goal is to get everyone comfortable enough, get rid of the formalities, and to go straight to having meaningful discussions and emerge with new knowledge.

Guest speakers such as top business leaders, Shahab Shabibi, Ron Puno, Edison Tsai, and Gary Hui gave their insights on their experiences in improving their businesses and staying ahead in their industries. Afterward, we got a chance to talk to them ourselves! We also had the option to hang back and just enjoy the free food and drinks with the other attendees.
