The dystopian drama The Handmaid’s Tale is coming for another season.
Since its debut, it has been a major hit. Although only three episodes from the show’s second season were eligible for Emmy awards this year, it still got 11 nominations.
The show is available for streaming on the Disney-owned platform, Hulu. Unfortunately, in the Philippines, this streaming service is not yet available.
If you’re in the Philippines and interested in the story, you can get a copy of the novel by Margaret Atwood that the series was based upon. It tells a story of a dystopian society where women, or “handmaids,” are taken as sex slaves and regularly raped to bear children for the ruling class.
