University of the Philippines Statistical Society (UP StatSoc) will hold the 33rd Annual Stat-Is-Eeks!, an Inter-University Quiz Show for Non-Statistics Majors, on March 7 (Saturday), at the School of Statistics Building, UP Diliman.
On its 33rd year, Stat-is-Eeks! remains to be the most prestigious statistical quiz show for non-stat majors in or outside the UP campus. As UP StatSoc continues to promote awareness and enhance interest in Statistics and to create an impact not only in the Statistics community but also in the Philippine Society.
The quiz show has been successful in encouraging students from different colleges and other universities to showcase their knowledge in Statistics. This also provides an avenue for students to share their appreciation and enthusiasm in Statistics even if they all come from different disciplines.
