Life has been good for Dimples Romana. After starring in the hit teleserye Kadenang Ginto, the actress has achieved many of her dreams, including sending her daughter abroad to study to become a pilot.
In a press conference for the final week of the show, Dimples said, “Dahil sa programa po na ginagawa ko, mayron akong laging dinadasal at pinaglalaanan. At sa Kadenang Ginto, nabilhan ko ng bahay yung nanay ko, at saka makakapag-aral si Callie sa gusto niyang eskwelahan dahil dito.”
[“I always have something I save and pray for. Because of Kadenang Ginto, I was able to buy a house for a mom and my daughter Callie can go to the school she wants.”]
She added, “Callie will finish as a pilot, because of Kadenang Ginto, and that means golden to me. I will never forget.”
In a separate interview with Push, she said, “STEM siya ngayon tapos ang kukunin daw niya kasi siya naman ang pumipili, ang kukunin daw niya ay Biochem, after Biochem mag-Aviation siya. Ang strength niya chemistry, pero gusto rin niyang mag-piloto.“
[“She’s taking STEM where she will take Biochem. After that, she will take Aviation. Her strength is chemistry but she also wants to become a pilot.”]
