Tamhunt 2021: Biyahe ng Taon

No pandemic could stop the brave Tamaraws as Far Eastern University embraces a warm felt opening in celebration of Tamhunt 2021. This event is held yearly at the early start of the school year for our newly enrolled Tamaraws. It encourages our fellow Tams to discover what they are interested in and passionate about through showcasing their talents, skills, and expertise in tasks that promote the Universitys core values; Fortitude, Excellence, and Uprightness. Not only that, opportunities are also given for aspiring members of the organization for the fulfillment of responsibility that, with ones dedication and commitment, can be achieved. 

For When in Manila

With this years theme, Makabayang Pananaw: Iba-ibang wika, iisang diwa”, the medium of languages established here in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, such as Tausug, Maranao, had been one of FEU Central Student Organization key points of communication and encouragement to the student body in celebration of Buwan of Wika” this month of August during the conduction of Tamhunt 2021. In addition, the cultures and traditions of numerous regions of the Philippines are being featured while uplifting the Tamaraws to register, vote, and be active for the upcoming 2022 Elections – Hakot  BoTAMte

More so, Tamhunt Awards are nonetheless set out for the Organizations that participated in the Tamhunt 2021. This awarding will be divided into three categories: Institute Student Council, Academic Organization, at Uni-wide organization that each category is awarded with Best Poster, Best Video Teaser, Best E-booth, and Best Interactive Activities depending on how many reactions and shares. But of course, the fun doesnt stop there. The Far Eastern University Central Organization, together with other organizations also prepared an Open Stage performance from the outstanding FEU Manila and FEU Makati Student Councils, FEU Dance Company and One Piyu Music. 

With this, Far Eastern University students will build a braver and harmonious institutions proving that iba-iba man ang aming wika, iisa lang ang aming diwa”.
