YouTuber creates device that ‘shoots’ face masks onto people’s faces

One of the most effective ways of reducing the transmission of COVID-19 is by wearing a mask. Still, some people seem to forget or refuse to wear a mask when they go out in public.

With this, YouTuber Allen Pan thought of a way to “solve” this problem by creating a device that shoots face masks onto people’s faces.

On his YouTube channel called “Allen Pan – Sufficiently Advanced,” he shared the process of how he created the said device. “It feels like people just aren’t wearing masks, and they should be,” he said.

Pan then brought the device to Huntington Beach, which he called “one of the most anti-mask cities in southern California.”  However, while using the device in public, he quickly realized that this device wouldn’t really work because of some external factors like the wind and additional “technical difficulties.”
