Our vision of becoming a People’s City is anchored on the belief that given the right opportunity, each resident is capable of contributing to the work of building a City where no one gets left behind. The youth, which represents approximately 20% of the City’s population, is one of the most potent groups that has been largely untapped in the formulation and implementation of policies.
On November 17, 2018, we will be gathering youth leaders from different barangays and schools for the Youth Con 2018: Create Your San Fernando. This event aims to empower the youth to become active participants as we build the San Fernando we can all proudly call home.
