Yellow Cab Pizza: those New York style-inspired pizzas that everybody loves introduced five new flavors to their stable, so naturally, we tried them all out because, well, why not?!?
With the influx of new players in the pizza market offering traditional Italian and artisan pizzas, Yellow Cab Pizza got inspired to come up with five fresh new flavors that are different yet familiar and are, most importantly, affordable.
Proscuitto Ham & Boursin Cheese Pizza – Php270
A combination of prosciutto, cheddar, parmesan, Boursin cheese, caramelized onion, fresh tomatoes and tarragon. This pizza is very similar to traditional Italian pizza.
Jalapeno and Pepperoni Pizza – Php260
Pizza sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, a generous amount of pepperoni and an even crazier amount of jalapenos. If you want something spicy, this is the right choice for you.
Chelsea’s Artichoke Pizza – Php270
Fresh diced and crushed tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, vodka marinated artichoke hearts and basil. Something that is light, fresh and filling and can easily become everybody’s new favorite.
4 Cheese and Tomatoes Pizza – Php250
Pizza sauce, feta, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan and sliced fresh tomatoes. The most reasonably priced of the bunch that packs a ton of flavor.
Smoked Salmon and Boursin Cheese Pizza – Php270
Pizza sauce, Boursin cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, fresh dill and generous slices of smoked salmon that will delight the sushi lover in you. I thought long and hard, and while the Chelsea’s Artichoke Pizza was a close second, the Smoked Salmon and Boursin Cheese is my new favorite.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings – Php308 for 4 pieces or Php429 for 6 pieces

Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta – Php313.50
When they served it, I thought that it was taken from the regular menu since I hadn’t been to a Yellow Cab Pizza chain in such a long time and I got the impression that they were reintroducing it. I was wrong. They never took it off the menu. This just happens to be their top-selling pasta, so they were inclined to serve it, as well. Who was I to argue?
The new menu from Yellow Cab Pizza is something new, different and yet familiar. The best part is the new crust in-between their regular crust, though. Ever so delicious and a bit more affordable than the staples, I highly recommend trying out their new pizzas partnered with ice cold cola. Warm pizza, ice cold colas, and an epic movie? That’s what I’d call a perfect night.
