Last February 4th, we announced the nominees for the 2016 Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards.
Kathryn Bernardo, Enrique Gil, Maine Mendoza, and James Reid, competed for the Favorite Pinoy Personality award in the recent 2016 Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards.
As fate would have it, “Yaya Dub” also known as, Maine Mendoza, bested the rest in the said category.

Unfortunately, Maine wasn’t able to receive the award personally but she said, “Thank you, everyone, for voting for me, this is such an honor.”
Moreover, De La Salle’s cager Jeron Teng also won as the 2016 Favorite Asian Sports Star!
Both were grateful for the said award. In fact, Jeron Teng said in his speech that he will continue to inspire the kids to become a better athlete like him.

One of the exciting awards a celebrity could get is the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards. As we always say, “kids don’t lie.” So, if the kids vote for their favorite personality, it only means the winner is indeed worthy.
