Heads up, gamers! Microsoft just revealed the price and launch date of its newest console, the Xbox Series X!
In case you missed it, here’s how it looks like:
We know what you’re thinking—it seems more like a PC unit than a gaming console, but it’s specs are pretty impressive if you just look past the aesthetics, promising phenomenal visuals with 8K support and a frame rate up to 120 FPS, and faster loading times.
Microsoft also unveiled the Xbox Series S which is a more compact all-digital unit that may have fewer features but will still offer an amazing gameplay experience.
In a tweet, Microsoft announced that both units will be available for pre-order starting September 22 with a launch date of November 10. The Xbox Series X is priced at $499 (~PHP 24,241) while the Xbox Series S will sell for $299 (~PHP 14,525).
Meanwhile, Sony has yet to announce the price and launch date of its own next-generation console, the PlayStation 5.
