23-year-old vlogger Viy Cortez has opened up about a terrible experience she and partner Lincoln Velazquez, best known as Cong TV, are currently coping with.

“Noong December 12, nalaman kong buntis ako (Last December 12, we found out I was pregnant), ” she said in a recent vlog post she shared on her YouTube channel. She and Cong were so happy to have learned about her pregnancy and had made so many plans together to prepare for the arrival of their baby.
However, on December 18, right on the couple’s monthsary, Viy had started bleeding. They then confirmed on December 19 that she had suffered a miscarriage.
In tears, Viy shared that she wanted to make this video to honor the memory of their baby, whom she fondly named Kidlat. “Dumating siya, blessing siya ni Lord, pero siguro di pa tamang oras, baka may tamang oras. Darating din ang tamang oras (The baby was a blessing from the Lord but maybe it just wasn’t the right time. The right time will come eventually),” she said.
