If solving mysteries is your thing, then join Vikings Venue‘s very first Buffet and Murder Mystery: Arkham City Edition.
Buffet & Murder Mystery is Onboard‘s interactive social mystery game where you get to mingle with other players to gather clues, analyze evidence, solve puzzles and take a crack at solving the mystery of the night. Will you collaborate with others or compete with them? It’s up to you. But remember, in the end, there can only be one winner!
*THE STORY*
There’s a strange occurrence that happened in the town of Arkham. During the inauguration of the town hall, some sort of possession took place, and now, the townsfolk are going to be racing against time to prevent the end of the world. However, some of the townsfolk are actually cultists, and will be trying to protect the possessed to bring about the end of the world. A third group of people will be trying to get ahold of the possessed, but for completely different purposes.
*THE GAME *
Guests will be picking their characters after initial registration. They will only be picking from the names and the titles, and will be finding out what their actual roles are after receiving their personal objectives. The event would be a dinner party consisting of two parts. For the first part, there will be a buffet lunch/ dinner wherein the guests will be socializing as the characters they picked. For the second part, the game will commence. When the game starts, the guests will be transferred to another room. They will not be allowed to go out of the said room when this happens. Within these rooms, they will be mingling with each other with the intention of finding out about their personal objectives.
