Vhong Navarro reunited with his fellow “Kanto Boys” Billy Crawford and Luis Manzano on “It’s Showtime” on January 30!
Navarro and Crawford brought nostalgia to the madlang people with their iconic “BillyVhong” dance. Manzano’s appearance drew laughter as they performed his single “How 2BU (Ang Gwapo Po)” and Edu Manzano’s “Papaya.”
Special guests Pepe Herrera and Joshua Garcia, who joined the production number, also amused the audience!
“Kanto Boys” is a boy group launched in 2009 at the variety show ASAP, which includes John Lloyd Cruz. They last shared the stage in 2015 during ASAP’s 20th anniversary.
After the performance, Navarro revealed that Cruz was supposed to join them but failed to do so due to unforeseen circumstances.
“Dapat kumpleto talaga ang ‘Kanto Boys,’ sadyang meron lang talagang di inaasahang pangyayari kaya si Lloydie ay di nakapunta dito,” he said.

Meanwhile, Crawford expressed how much he missed doing the “BillyVhong” dance as a former “It’s Showtime” host. In November 2023, he also appeared at the noontime show alongside his wife Coleen Garcia and son Amari for Vice Ganda’s “Magpasikat” performance.
