At first, I thought P14,000 + VAT/night  sounded pricey, but come to think of it, if you’re coming with a group of 10-14 pax, then the rate per head will range only from P1,000-1,500+! With a max of P1,500+/pax, your group can already enjoy luxury home living with hotel housekeeping services. Considering all the inclusions, I believe these rates are already reasonable.

According to my friends who are based in Baguio, a two-bedroom suite (with no own garage, no maids/drivers quarters, no fully equipped kitchen etc) in a typical luxury hotel in Baguio already costs around P18,000 up, but if you stay at Upper House Village, you’ll be paying less and even get to stay in your own private house with  5 rooms, 5 bathrooms with heater, with a garage, fully equipped kitchen, living room, an attic, playroom etc, not to mention the exclusivity of being in your very own fully secured private village surrounded by lush greens and pine trees.

If you’re coming with a smaller group or with your significant other, you may also book individual rooms (like what we did) and still be able to use their kitchen and other amenities….

 

 

We have been to Baguio a lot of times, but this experience of staying in a private luxury cottage at the Upper House Village Baguio was far different from the rest. We loved the homey feel, the privacy and had a lot of fun preparing our meals as well! Thanks to their professional housekeeping staff, we didn’t have to worry about staying at home all day to clean the house. We had the luxury of time to also go out and enjoy Baguio City, then finally come home to our cozy cottage and cook our own heart warming meals. The whole experience was like being nestled in a luxury home hotel!
