This August 1 – 10 at the Circles Event Cafe, guest chefs Harun Imre and Ramazan Edrem from Shangri-La Bosphorus bring a great feast that will sweep you away with their perfect blend of flavors and spices. They brought with them 20 years of experience immersed in the fine art of cooking International and Turkish dishes, as well as authentic and amazing ingredients from Istanbul.

 

 

The buffet spread at Circles Event Cafe includes appetizers like Hummus, Montabel, Spicy Tomato Marmalade and Eggplant Salad, all of which are a great match for hot fresh bread or pita.

 

 

They also have Sebzeli Musakka – a dish of vegetables stacked in thin layers and topped by kasseri cheese; Hunkar Begendi – a boneless leg of lamb in an eggplant puree; Shish Kebbab – a chicken with halumi, lamb with pistachio and fish and many more.

 

 

Their desserts include a selection of Baklava, Su-muhalebisi or Rose Water Pudding, Keskul an Almond Pudding and many more sweet delights.

Treasures of Turkey’s Buffet is available for Lunch and Dinner. Lunch Buffet prices are Php 1,670 net from Monday to Saturday and Php 2,026 net on Sunday while dinner buffet is priced Php 2,008 net from Sunday to Thursday and Php 2,272 from Friday to Saturday.
