This hotel in Albay opens its doors to medical frontliners for FREE

In response to the Bayanihan to Heal As One Act, The Oriental Hotel in Albay opens its doors to medical frontliners. They are allowing frontliners to stay in the hotel for free amid the pandemic.

In an interview with ANC, Wilbert T. Lee, chairman of The Oriental Hotels and Resorts Group said they have opened up all our hotels for free to all working medical frontliners. He adds that we have to protect our medical frontliners because they are our first line of defense.

He said that the earlier we can get our act together, the earlier we can go back to normalcy. He also mentioned ther branches of The Oriental Hotels are also being prepared to be quarantine facilities for COVID-19.

With this, Lee also encouraged other hotel owners to do the same, saying that he and his staff are willing to help them if they do so.
