If you love action films, BuyBust will not disappoint. In fact, it got 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes during its first few days in the cinemas. In this movie, an anti-drug squad finds themselves trapped in a Manila slum when their operation is compromised. Also, Anne Curtis delivers an outstanding performance as an officer fighting for her life.

Kita Kita (November 16)

Set in Japan, this rom-com has captivated international critics and audiences alike. In it, tour guide Lea suffers from heartbreak and goes blind after finding out her Japanese fiancé has been cheating on her. The wickedly charming Tonyo then comes to save her from her misery. The movie’s witty dialogue aside, you’ll keep watching for the on-screen chemistry of lead actors Alessandra de Rossi and Empoy Marquez. Kita Kita will kilig your heart out. Watch the trailer here.
